Many businesses see the potential of AI. Putting it to work is harder: choosing the technology, fitting it into daily operations, and deciding where sensitive information belongs.
Novenworks is an AI skunkworks building practical productivity tools for businesses. We bring together existing AI models and configure the application around your workflow, terminology, document standards, and deployment needs. The goal is a tool your team can put to work, with less effort spent correcting, reformatting, and carrying information from one step to the next.
We evaluate and integrate existing models, then build the steps around them: capturing the right context, reviewing the result, producing your documents, and carrying the work forward. Model selection is part of the service; a useful business workflow is the result.
We evaluate models for quality, cost, speed, and data-handling requirements. Different jobs call for different strengths; one application can bring several models together.
A useful answer is only part of the job. We connect capture, processing, review, and output so the result fits the work your team needs to do. People stay responsible for checking and approving it.
Our tools are designed to run on your preferred server and save their deliverables there. We can also provide server space. Connected AI services are selected with processing and data-handling needs in mind.
Capture the conversation, check the important details, and prepare the right documents. When meetings repeat, keep their actions together so unfinished work stays visible.
Record a meeting with live captions, or import an audio or video recording. Work in English, with English–Chinese translation available when needed.
Type or dictate background notes, add a whiteboard photo, and keep supporting files with the meeting. Choose when to generate the report, once the context is ready.
Confirm attendee names and resolve flagged terms or uncertain details. Correct the record before sharing, with terminology corrections saved to the organisation’s glossary.
Prepare formal minutes, an internal memo, a short recap, or an action log in your organisation’s agreed format, with its letterhead and logo on formal documents. Preview, then share or download.
Group related meetings into a series. New actions join the running list, and open items carry forward until you close them.
For design reviews, project updates, operations meetings, or any conversation that picks up where the last one left off.

We work with your organisation’s preferred document format: its letterhead, logo, and established layout. From formal minutes to action logs, the aim is an output that fits the way your business already works.
Structured minutes with attendees, discussion, decisions, and actions, prepared in your organisation’s agreed format with its letterhead and logo. Review the content before issuing it outside your team.
PDFConcord is a meeting productivity tool in active use and continuing development. Use it for English-only meetings or with English–Chinese translation today. Additional languages and a choice of language pairs are planned. Access is currently by invitation, with availability depending on your organisation’s installation.
Plans may change as we learn from users. No release dates are committed here.
Concord is designed for a dedicated installation on your organisation’s preferred server, with server space also available from Novenworks. Your minutes, reports, and other deliverables are saved there. We work with you to agree the deployment, document formats, and AI-provider configuration.
Where the AI processing happens. Concord currently sends audio and text to configured external AI providers for transcription, translation, and summarisation. Hosting the application and saving its outputs on your server does not mean all processing takes place there. Provider access and data-handling arrangements are part of the deployment discussion.
